Jag steg ut ur huset, gick 50 meter och öppnade dörren till Restaurang Hägern(fullständiga rättigheter) och beställde en hawai med bearnaisesås. Mannen som försöker övertyga mig om att göteborg ligger på östkusten va inte där, inte heller mannen som ser ut som en sliten 40 åring men i själva verket är en sliten 50 åring. Men i det nyinstallerade pizzabåset står en vitklädd utländsk snubbe med den stiligaste pizzamustachen jag någonsin sett. i fantasin klär jag honom med en hög vit kockhatt. han står som i pizzagevakt och börja entauastiskt knåda deg när bartendern repeterar min pizzabeställing. Jag går hem och väntar i tio minuter, hämtar pizzan som ligger på pizzahyllan i kartong och går hem igen. 15 minuter, 45 kr (inklusive bearnasiesås) och en slags grannerlig stolthet. Att börja servera pizza på Hägern är ett genidrag. Varför lägger blogger bilderna så konstigt?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det blev jävligt starkt. Stek gärna i en räfflad grillpanna. Stek också bacon, den ska vara knaperstekt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Medan detta steks så delar du chiabata bröd eller annat gott bröd och hackar grönsaker. Jag hade tomat, sallad och rödlök. du ska använda dig av det du gillar. Jag kan tänka mig att det är gott med avocado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Någon dressing kan också sitta fint. Det brukar ju firas med att äta och dricka gott.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ett bra snack är musslor inlindade i bacon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Köp vanliga burkmusslor och vanligt bacon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Linda helt enkelt in varje mussla i bacon, om någon mussla är väldigt liten så kan du peta in en till mussla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Skär vare baconslamsa i tre lika strora bitar och försök att linda hårt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Förslut knytet med tandpetare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In i ugnen med kalaset när du lindat tills du tröttnat eller när ingridienserna är slut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Och all kärlek du kan ge till rätten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;stek allt utom pastan och osten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;När pastan är färdig häller du av vattnet Smula ner baconen med gulorna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Droppa på tabasco efter smak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dijonsenap (ca 1 matsked).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;en skvätt vinäger skadar aldrig.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rör nu ihop alla ingridienser, som du sedan gör bollar av.
